1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and pragmatic ("Platform", "We", "Us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the pragmatic.vin website, mobile application, and all related services we offer.

By clicking the "Register" button, entering your personal information, or simply using any part of the Pragmatic platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the Pragmatic platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country that restricts or prohibits online gambling.
• Never had an account closed at pragmatic due to fraud or a prior terms violation.
• Register using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account only. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, the same phone number, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Pragmatic reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any remaining balances in those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. False or inaccurate information provided at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

3Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities that occur under your account. Pragmatic will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Log out completely after using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious access to our support team immediately.

Pragmatic will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, please disregard it and report it to us immediately, as it is a fraudulent attempt.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

The pragmatic platform supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct transfers to all major Malaysian banks. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden currency conversion fees.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for all supported payment methods.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes within the Pragmatic platform.
• Pragmatic does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must originate from a bank account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits credited to an account cannot be reversed except for verified technical reasons.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• Pragmatic reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as a fraud prevention measure.
• Withdrawal funds will only be transferred to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the member's own name.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Pragmatic offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to reward new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions specified for each offer.

• The welcome bonus for new members is subject to the wagering requirements stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified time period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Pragmatic reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse such as registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is prohibited and will result in account closure.

Pragmatic reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if it is found that bonus terms were violated, false information was provided, or fraudulent activity was detected during the use of said bonus.

6Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the pragmatic platform use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are fully random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including pragmatic itself.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game results must be submitted within 48 hours.
• Technical disruptions during gameplay caused by issues on Pragmatic's end will result in the bet being voided and funds refunded.
• We are not liable for disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The use of automated software (bots), third-party assistance tools, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Pragmatic maintains complete logs of all gaming sessions, which may be referenced in the event of a dispute. These records are binding evidence and their use in dispute resolution is final.

7Prohibitions & Banned Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pragmatic platform and will result in immediate account closure, freezing of funds, and legal action where necessary:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Registering a fake account or using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse includes registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using bot software, automated scripts, or any technical tool to manipulate games.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Pragmatic platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.

8Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the pragmatic platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, text, graphics, images, user interfaces, source code, databases, audio, and video, is the exclusive property of pragmatic or its legitimate licensors.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content on the Pragmatic platform without prior written consent from Pragmatic management. Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

Pragmatic provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will meet your specific expectations.

• Pragmatic is not liable for any losses arising from unfavourable game outcomes.
• We are not liable for disruptions caused by third parties, including payment providers or game providers.
• Pragmatic is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Pragmatic reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• A player discloses that they have a gambling problem (at the player's own request).

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the Pragmatic support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be refunded after verification is completed within 14 working days.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Pragmatic reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material amendments via registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the pragmatic platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.

12Applicable Laws & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the pragmatic platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties.

If a friendly resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by Pragmatic. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
